Job Details

Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across AP, AR, and Treasury

Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement across shared services

Align financial processes with overall business goals through cross-functional collaboration

Oversee end-to-end AP functions with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

Optimize vendor compliance, payment terms, and internal controls

Manage credit and collections to reduce bad debt and maximize cash flow

Enhance billing accuracy through collaboration with Sales, Ops, and Customer Service

Track AR aging and proactively manage DSO performance

Implement cash optimization strategies and ensure treasury policy compliance

Build and refine company-wide internal financial policies and controls

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
• 5+ years managing shared services teams (AP, AR, Treasury)
• Experience navigating global or multi-regional financial operations
• Proven ability to lead process improvement and implement KPIs
• Strong background in collections, cash flow management, and internal controls
• Bonus Experience with Navision/D365 and bilingual in English/French
