We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance team as Director of Finance. We offer:

Responsibilities include:
Oversee financial processes, lead the property accounting team, and participate in the property executive committee. Key duties involve:
Evaluating financial impacts on business decisions
Monitoring management of cash flow, receivables, and deposits
Ensuring accurate recording of revenues and expenses, analyzing variances, and recommending improvements
Assisting with capital planning and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Leading the preparation of forecasts and budgets in collaboration with management
Providing financial analysis to support management in achieving financial objectives
Qualifications include:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Hotel Director of Finance
Degree or diploma in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA preferred
Strong knowledge of P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and cash management
Understanding of departmental operations, legal, tax, and employment regulations
Excellent decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency with Profitsage, M3, Birchstreet is a plus
