About the Opportunity
  • Manage and supervise daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, KPI report, and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to support internal controls and operational efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, provincial/state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Lead accounting projects such as financial statement automation, fixed asset system procurement, and changes in accounting for financial instruments.
  • Oversee cost accounting and inventory management in coordination with operations.
  • Work with FP&A to provide financial data for forecasting and decision-making.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, developing, coaching, and leading staff to foster professional growth.
  • Direct the team by providing financial guidance to a wide range of employees throughout the company. Support timely financial insights to support business decision-making.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent designation required)
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience
  • Experience with Process and Controls
Salary Range

$160,000 - $165,000/year
