Responsibilities

• Implement or review architecture and code when required.

• Work with Product Owners and Strategy & Delivery leadership.

• Coach and mentor Team Leads and senior developers.

• Implement or review architecture and code when the situation requires
• Contribute to the evolution of Nexapp's software practices and maintain a high level of quality

• Act as a strategic technical partner to clients

• Strong judgment on delivery, early risk detection, and prioritization
• Practical experience applying AI in an engineering context and the ability to guide responsible, sustainable use
• Good command of English, spoken and written, to discuss complex technical issues directly with anglophone clients
