As a visionary leader and operational strategist, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring we deliver exceptional service while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance overall efficiency and service delivery within the organization.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Manage the budget and finances of the office, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
  • Create and maintain processes that improve workflow, enhance productivity, and drive business success.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and monitor annual operational goals and performance metrics.

Salary & Benefits :

The salary for the Director of Office Operations position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 CAD annually , commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include :
