About the Role
Are you a Meta ad mastermind who thinks in scroll-stops, testing matrices, and NC ROAS? Do you dream in hooks, landers, and creative iterations? Naked & Thriving is looking for a Director of Creative Strategy with deep performance marketing experience and Meta ad fluency to lead our in-house agency and drive the kind of testing that unlocks scale.
This role is all about cold customer acquisition and high-performing direct response creative that thrives in a 1-day click environment. But we’re not just chasing clicks—you’re also a master of psychology and empathy , capable of understanding and speaking directly to the skincare concerns, aspirations, and emotional drivers of mature women . You’ll be responsible for finding that sweet spot between unlocking performance today and building long-term brand love that drives meaningful LTV tomorrow . You’ll manage the ad creative pipeline, mentor strategists and editors, and own the roadmap that turns ideas into the right kind of WoW ROAS growth—the kind that actually converts into LTV.
