We are currently seeking a Director of Commercial Services to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada, supporting a large Canadian healthcare provider.

Overview of the Role

Reporting to the Executive Director, Commercial Services / Client Executive, the Director of Commercial Services oversees account-level financial and commercial matters. The role collaborates with the account's matrixed commercial, finance, and facilities teams. It is responsible for aligning customer and vendor commercial agreements with the account's strategy and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial aspects of the customer agreement
• Manage commercial aspects of third-party vendor agreements
• Establish agreements with new vendors
• Ensure contract deliverables are managed and completed on schedule
• Work with governance tiers to manage changes to customer agreements according to governance processes
• Assist in developing governance materials such as dashboards, reports, briefing notes, and presentations
• Support key governance initiatives and projects as required
• Oversee development of project work orders, contractual change orders, and amendments
• Maintain a collaborative partnership between NTT DATA and the client to develop mutually beneficial business arrangements aligned with strategies and values

Education / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years experience in large enterprise organizations ($50M+ annual revenue, 500+ employees)
• 5+ years experience supporting the healthcare industry; public sector experience is a plus
• Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate collaboration with contract partners (vendors and clients)
