We are seeking a Director of Care (RN) to join our client’s Long Term Care team in Toronto. The Director of Care will lead and manage the care team, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to our clients.

What you will be doing:

1. Lead and manage the care team, ensuring the highest standards of care.

2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure client safety and well-being.

3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the care team.

4. Ensure all care services comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.

6. Develop and manage budgets.

What you must have:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) designation.

2. At least 3 years of experience as a Director or Assistant Director of Care in a Long Term Care Facility.

3. Strong leadership and management skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and in a team.

6. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Salary/Rate Range: $115,000 – $120,000
