Position Overview :

They seek a dynamic, results-driven Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying new markets, forging partnerships, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development, sales strategy, and relationship management within tech and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
  • Represent the company at conferences to establish thought leadership.
  • Drive revenue through lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a high-value prospect list in CRM tools.
  • Expand the total addressable market (TAM) and seek product feedback to grow the serviceable available market (SAM).
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with strategic accounts.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility.
  • Work with marketing to host networking events for brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop KPIs to measure success and optimize strategies using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience :
  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and strategic partnership acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to execute strategies into results.
  • Experience managing high-level client relationships and building long-term alliances.
  • Continuous learner with a curious mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM and analytics software.
  • Experience building and managing a full-cycle sales team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 6 times a year.
