Job Summary

This remote role requires living in the Greater Toronto region. The person will develop new business and manage existing relationships through strategies like telemarketing, customer visits, online searches, industry events, and referrals. The recruiting range is $85,000 - $115,000 CAD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through cold calling, industry events, and prospecting.
  • Build relationships with prospective agencies and brokerages.
  • Increase unit count, premium, and interest margin by expanding existing relationships and adding new brokers.
  • Conduct needs analyses and communicate our technology and service offerings effectively.
  • Collaborate with the operations team and Account Managers.

Preferred Skills

  • 2-3 years outside sales experience in financial services or insurance; marketing experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication, sales, and leadership skills.
