We are looking for a Director of Business Development to join our growing team.
  1. Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with overall company goals.
  2. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  5. Negotiate contracts and deals to secure favorable terms for the company.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
  7. Work closely with internal teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
  8. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and report on progress to management.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, science, environmental studies, or a related field.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving business goals.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners, offering a calm, supportive, and solutions-oriented presence during challenging situations.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to identify and resolve challenges during the business development process.
  • Understanding of financial metrics and how to track business development performance.
