Salary range: $199,000-$227,000 Canadian
Bonus: Bonus Potential: Up to 25% of base salary, contingent on achieving performance targets.
Location: This is a home-based, remote position in Canada only. Frequent national and international travel is required.

A day in the life of this role:
The Director of Business Development, reporting to the VP of Value Creation and Portfolio Management, is a professional business and commercial manager who takes pride in generating significant business value through creative commercial efforts.
This role requires a well-connected business development professional with deep mining-industry knowledge, strong transactional expertise, and an ability to drive value creation through partnerships. The role will require responsibility for identifying, evaluating, and aiding the structuring and executing of transactions that align with the Company's business strategy.
