As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Director of Brand Partnerships & Sales to take ownership of our revenue strategy, bring in high-value brand deals, and help shape the future of our sales department. This is a key leadership role for someone with a proven background in influencer marketing, gaming, or tech—and who’s ready to build and lead a department within a growing company.

What You’ll Do

As our first senior sales hire, your role will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You'll be responsible for driving revenue, developing brand relationships, and building the foundation for a future sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead outbound sales efforts to acquire new brand and agency partners
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Pitch and close campaign deals with support from our internal team
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and talent reps to deliver successful partnerships
  • Track pipeline, performance, and KPIs using internal CRM tools
  • Work closely with company leadership to define pricing strategy, outreach playbooks, and department growth plans
  • Stay on top of market trends in gaming, influencer marketing, and tech
What We’re Looking For
  • Based in Quebec and fluent in English (French is a strong asset)
  • 3+ years experience in a sales or business development role within influencer marketing, gaming, or tech
  • Strong client-facing communicator with a track record of closing deals
  • A self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated leadership or team-building experience is a plus
  • Excited about scaling a department from the ground up
Compensation & Growth Path

This is a full-time salaried role with uncapped commission potential. We’re looking for someone ready to prove their impact quickly, then scale into a senior leadership position with long-term incentives.

  • Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience
  • Commission: Uncapped, performance-based
  • Growth: Clear path toward building and leading the sales department as the agency scales
