Job description

Position Summary:

In the position of Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing key strategic regional accounts across Canada and collaborating with our bottling partner in the management of those accounts. Work with our bottling partner to strategically support the sales, distribution, and execution of our Monster brands within those accounts in the Canadian marketplace. Oversee the management of key regional accounts, MEPs, MLPs, and Brand properties, and support the key areas of the business such as executional and sales priorities, operational effectiveness, and strategic territory planning.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the overall revenue, volume, share, and financial performance for key strategic regional customers across Canada. Includes: Regional Accounts / Distribution Partners i.e. MEPs, MLPs / Strategic Brand Properties.
  • Collaborate with the Canadian Bottler to deliver execution in the marketplace within these key customers and channels.

Position Requirements:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, or related field of study.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, etc.).

Base Salary Range: $93,750 - $125,000
