Job summary

nesto, Canada's leading digital mortgage lender, is hiring a Director of AI Delivery to lead Maestro deployments across bank clients. This hybrid role is based in Toronto or Montreal with occasional travel.

You will own the end-to-end delivery plan, chair evaluation reviews, coordinate a cross-functional pod, and develop repeatable deployment playbooks while ensuring governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI delivery for enterprise clients.
• Experience chairing eval reviews and working with risk committees.
• Ability to manage delivery pods and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maestro delivery and establish a clear delivery approach.
• Own the plan across underwriting agents and stages.
• Lead the senior delivery pod and coordinate requirements.
• Chair eval review and translate insights to priorities.
• Manage model-risk relationships and sign-offs.
• Build deployment playbooks and ensure repeatable processes.
• Oversee change management and readiness with clients.
• Protect scope and manage client requests within SOW.
