• Lead recruitment events and campus visit experiences with data-driven evaluation.
• Manage and develop admissions counsellors and staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align admissions with Redeemer’s strategic plan.
• Travel across Canada to partner schools and events to support enrolment goals.
