The role shapes governance frameworks, advises on regulatory obligations, and develops practical tools, training, and reporting to support policy execution and risk management.

The position requires strong regulatory knowledge, change management, and data-driven reporting across operations, with collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in mutual fund dealer governance and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into processes, policies, and controls.
• Experience leading regulatory change, audits, and remediation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the assigned business group.
• Lead or support regulatory change implementation.
• Design, develop, implement, test, and measure mutual fund dealer processes.
• Create reports and dashboards to support oversight and decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Develop training and end-user materials to support policy execution.
