Role Overview

The Director of Member Engagement is responsible for member relations, performance, and growth within assigned divisions. The role involves supporting member onboarding, fostering relationships, and promoting AD programs to help members grow their businesses. The focus is on increasing member adoption of AD Supplier Partners, managing relationships, and utilizing technical platforms for engagement and growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing division members and oversee participation programs.
  • Drive member satisfaction and feedback processes, ensuring responsiveness and corrective actions.
  • Train members on AD benefits, programs, and operations, and promote program adoption.
  • Conduct business reviews with members and manage compliance and scorecard processes.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and analyze sales data to maintain division growth.
  • Support market planning activities and alert members to opportunities with Supplier Partners.
  • Assist in new member onboarding, vetting, and communication efforts.
  • Collaborate on member network management and engagement strategies.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Engage with suppliers to increase participation and manage supplier programs.
  • Handle conflict resolution and support program implementation and promotions.
