Salary: $98,000-$106,000 annually

Nature & Scope:
Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, the Director, Marketing Campaigns and Performance provides strategic leadership for YMCA BC's marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on the organization's priority portfolios. The role is accountable for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive membership growth, program participation, fundraising success, and brand awareness while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and measurable business outcomes.
The Director leads a team of marketing professionals and oversees campaign planning, project management, performance marketing, and analytics functions. Working closely with internal and external partners, the position establishes consistent campaign management processes, optimizes digital marketing investments, and uses data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness across the organization.
