Kensington Tours is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics to lead the analytics function for the Growth team. This role involves shaping marketing data strategy, leading a team, and driving growth initiatives across client acquisition and retention using data analytics and storytelling.

We are hiring a Director of Marketing Analytics—a net new role that is integral to driving forward our performance portfolio across client acquisition and retention. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on solving business problems with data, enjoys collaborating across departments, and brings insight to life through compelling stories and engaging presentations.
Reporting into the VP of Growth, this leader will shape how marketing data is used to guide investment, track performance, and unlock business value. They’ll lead enterprise-wide initiatives related to media performance, funnel optimization, lead strategy, and portfolio growth—including development of business cases, benefit realization, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
