What is the opportunity?
Reporting to the Managing Director, Market, Counterparty Credit, Liquidity and Model Risk Policy, you will provide senior level advice and support for the provision of governance and risk oversight with responsibility for the development, maintenance and communication of market, counterparty credit, liquidity and model risk as well as other relevant risk policy documents, including Standing Orders, and related governance artifacts throughout RBC group wide.
You will lead the development of policies that support the management of risk with a focus on capital markets activities and portfolios through the implementation of “best practice" measures.
The incumbent will ensure effective communication of risk management policies to the relevant businesses and control functions and provide training to RBC personnel as required.
