Your Role

As our Director of Manufacturing & Supply Chain, you will oversee all operations—from production and logistics to quality control and strategic procurement. You will partner with executive leadership to drive business transformation and oversee:

• Manufacturing Excellence: Lead plant managers, optimize processes, and foster continuous improvement across multiple sites.
• Supply Chain Strategy: Develop a robust, agile organization to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
• Budget & Financial Performance: Own annual budgeting, cost optimization, and procurement strategies.
• Safety & Compliance: Champion health, safety, and environmental initiatives across all operations.
• Talent Development & Leadership: Build high-performing teams, ensure succession planning, and cultivate top talent.
