WSP is seeking a strategic and accomplished Director, Major Projects, Power Canada to lead the successful delivery of some of Canada’s most complex and transformative power infrastructure projects. In this leadership role, you will oversee large‑scale capital projects across Hydropower & Dams, Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy, and Telecommunications Infrastructure, providing governance, direction, and leadership from project development through commissioning and closeout.
As the Project Director, you will serve as the trusted advisor to clients and key stakeholders while guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, sustainably, and profitably. AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $177,000 to $234,400
MB & ON: $161,500 to $222,300
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $159,900 to $212,300
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
