Job description

As a client relationship leader, you will provoke, create, and assemble opportunities for the properties and portfolio by sourcing and securing new tenants and working with existing tenants to satisfy expansion and renewal requirements. This role collaborates with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition through each client touch point.

What you will deliver :

  • Assist in creating the leasing vision and developing the leasing strategy.
  • Develop and establish strategic leasing plans for assigned assets aligned with client goals.
  • Identify, source, and secure new clients; work with existing clients to meet expansion and renewal needs.
  • Negotiate deal terms and follow up on the execution of final documentation.
  • Execute client service standards to ensure smooth transitions from offer to lease, including build-out, move-in, and rental billing.
  • Liaise with real estate brokers, tenants, and department heads to facilitate transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, actively seeking and responding to feedback.
  • Implement and adjust strategic leasing plans to meet long-term goals.
  • Collaborate internally to build effective relationships across portfolios.
  • Enhance Cadillac Fairview’s external image through industry events such as NAIOP, BOMA, Real Estate Forum, and ULI.
  • Ensure marketing consistency across the portfolio and meet leasing team objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and complete business cases timely.
  • Manage and report on asset budgets, aligning with 3- and 5-year plans.
  • Participate in special portfolio and national level assignments.

  • Designations such as Certified Leasing Specialist or similar are preferred
  • RECO License in good standing is an asset
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Client-focused leasing approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
