You’ll lead a team of Learning & Performance Consultants, Designers, Developers and Enablement Managers and will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to rapidly design, test, and iterate on learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization. What will you do?

  • Provide strategic trust-based relationship management to senior Business and HRVP leaders within portfolio, building credibility and opportunities to shape business learning outcomes
  • Partner with senior Business and HRVP leaders to understand the Business Strategy and Talent alignment, identifying learning solutions and levers to enable the business strategy.
  • Accountable leader for the end-to-end learning experience across the business; able to speak to the available learning content, usage to date across the portfolio and emerging skill needs in the business area
  • Create awareness of current and emerging enterprise learning offerings available to support learning needs of the business.
  • Provide oversight for business segment planning and budget management of learning forecasts, engaging Learning Portfolio Leads in senior business and HR leader partners to validate roadmaps and project approval
  • Participate in key agile lite squad(s) ceremonies to oversee development and execution of learning initiatives, share business priorities and perspectives and create a real time feedback loop between business and squad(s)
  • Lead Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) to deliver quarterly insights to Business and HR leaders highlighting learning usage, popular course/skill topics, backlog item status and upcoming forecast, emerging skill trends for business areas based on market scan input from the skills platform
  • Work with senior business and SVP HR leaders and Learning squads to promote a continuous learning culture through the wider Learning ecosystem to ensure cross-pollination of best practice, repurposing and scalability of solutions as appropriate

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

  • Consultative skills with the ability to think strategically and translate broad, ambiguous problem statements into clearly articulated, action plans aligned to business strategy
  • Empowers Learning Portfolio Leads to own problem solving agenda, but also knows when to step in to drive things forward if needed
  • Capable and willing to ‘go deep’ to understand the end-to-end learning service for the business from strategy to delivery
  • Demonstrates flawless execution owning accountability for the holistic learning service from ideation to delivery project plan including inputs, dependences and timelines for deliverables
  • Willingness to lean in and learn Agile Lite ways of working and participate in ceremonies and workshops to provide leadership and outcome ownership
