The incumbent of this position reports to the VPHR and leads a team of 5 consultants supporting managers in labor relations, health & safety, and compliance.

You have a university degree, are fluently bilingual, and possess a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including more than 5 years in a strategic role and as a member of the management committee within a company in the industrial sector.
