The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of technology project management experience and strong financial acumen. Reporting to the CIO, the Director, IT Project Management Office (PMO) will provide strategic and project leadership across foundational and growth goals and initiatives as defined by the CIO.
The Director, IT PMO will be responsible for establishing the project management structure and governance to drive the department’s goals and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Effective acceleration and governance of the top department goals and initiatives
Provides clarity on the top organizational priorities through transparent active governance.
Leads the effective prioritization, coordination and governance of the IT Strategic Pyramid and ensures alignment with the business units.
Enabler of organizational agility that unifies internal and external stakeholders to the highest value creation goals and initiatives.
Maintain connection between strategic vision and operational plans.
Manages all key governance meetings including leading the leadership monthly meetings to inform on the status of the IT delivery status and drive resolution on the top risks and opportunities.
Leader of the governance tools
Owner of the ITGC control matrix and other governing requirements, auditing process
Effective and efficient project management of IT priority goals and initiatives
Establishing the project management process and tools across all goal and initiative owners
As a part of the department’s senior management team this role will be leading weekly Goal reviews with goal and initiative owners
Fit for purpose project management of goals and initiatives by being a change engine and revolutionizer to goals and initiatives with high change management and delivery scope and act as a nerve center and COE for goals and initiatives that require a lower level of change management.
Coordinates resourcing across Goal teams and day-to-day activities
Trained in all critical project management knowledge domains and influences the organizations project management capabilities through direct project management or basic training.
Establish a high-functioning PMO team that is highly respected business partner in the organization.
Design, coach and develop a high-functioning, collaborative team that has the respect as a key partner to driving the top organizational goals and initiatives in the company.
Develops individual development plans with team members to build aligned individual and company goals that drive the future development of the individual
What You Bring:
Undergrad degree in business/finance or MBA
PMP or similar Project Management accreditation.
10+ years of project management or transformation office experience in technology
Experience designing and implementing Project Management Offices
Led projects across a spectrum of change management and delivery scope needs
Management experience 3-5 years of experience in directing Project Managers
Strong Financial acumen is required, including: budgeting, ROI assessments and cost & benefit analysis, etc.

COMPENSATION:Budgeted Range – ($130,065.00 - $168,320.00)
The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
