Fidelity Canada seeks a Director, IS Transfer Agency and Workflow Systems Development to lead development and modernization of Fidelity Investment Canada Transfer Agency systems (AXIS, NEXUS) and supporting workflow applications. The successful candidate will articulate and execute advanced technology solutions, applying AI to enhance business outcomes and client servicing.
They will drive engineering practices, cybersecurity awareness, and strategic planning across teams.
You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

The Director, IS Transfer Agency and Workflow Systems Development is accountable for the development, modernization, and support of Fidelity Investment Canada Transfer Agency systems (AXIS, NEXUS) and supporting workflow applications.
The successful candidate is a forward-looking technology leader who can articulate and execute leading edge technology solutions, including the practical application of artificial intelligence, to enhance business outcomes and client servicing capabilities.
