We are hiring a remote-based Director of Inventory Development, reporting to the Director of Inventory & Partnerships EMEA. This key team member will oversee strategic Supply Side Platform partnerships, manage publisher engagement, and foster strategic, technical, and legal partnerships. The role involves managing senior-level relationships, collaborating with account management and technical teams, and representing our business at industry events. Experience with DSPs and SSPs, especially with pan-European CTV/Broadcaster contacts, is preferred. Candidates should be based in France and proficient in French.

What You'll be Doing

1. Drive growth across channel formats, emphasizing scaling CTV within our DSP.
2. Enable and activate publishers within StackAdapt’s deals library.
3. Set success metrics for inventory access for partners.
4. Participate in partner entertainment and relationship-strengthening activities.
5. Meet and exceed annual targets.
6. Travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and internal events.

What You'll Bring to the Table

1. 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within ad tech, with at least five years working with DSPs/SSPs, preferably in digital video.
2. Proficiency in French.
3. Deep understanding of cross-platform digital advertising and the programmatic ecosystem.
4. Strong sales, relationship-building, and customer satisfaction skills.
5. Ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop solutions.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Experience in international markets is a plus.
