Qualifications

A career as a Director of Institutional Services within the National Bank Trust team involves acting as an expert to identify and develop business opportunities in your market and grow your client base in custody, aiming to be the best mid-market custodian in Canada. This role allows you to positively impact our organization through your expertise with institutional clients.

Your Role

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in your market and grow your client base in custody and institutional asset management.
  • Achieve your clients' business objectives by proposing financial strategies based on an optimal combination of products and services offered by the Bank.
  • Ensure your visibility and that of the Bank through social involvement in your community and with various organizations and professional associations.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the markets in which your clients operate (stakeholders, competitors, types of clients).
  • Maintain the quality of the portfolio while ensuring its growth and maximizing its profitability.
  • Meet the evolving needs of clients by maintaining regular contact with them.
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of managed portfolios.
  • Represent the needs of clients to our internal partners.
  • Monitor liquidity management.
