The Role

In this role you will play a pivotal role in steering our affiliate & influencer marketing channel towards sustained growth and succes s. R esponsible for developing, executing, and scaling our global influencer and affiliate marketing strategies. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through these key channels.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer and affiliate marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard a diverse portfolio of influencers and affiliates across various platforms and niches.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with influencers and affiliates, ensuring favorable agreements for the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, affiliate networks, and industry partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from brief development and content creation to tracking, reporting, and optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in influencer and affiliate marketing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., brand, product, sales) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in growth marketing, marketing strategy, affiliate and/or influencer marketing.
  • Outstanding ability to think critically and creatively problem solve.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing large-scale influencer and affiliate campaigns that delivered measurable results.
  • Solid understanding of growth marketing and funnel optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, always seeking innovative ways to solve complex business challenges.
