CareBridge Health, a member of the Elevance Health family, within our Carelon business, exists to enable individuals in home and community-based settings to maximize their health, independence, and quality of life through home-care and community-based services.

Responsibilities
  1. Provides guidance on the most complex issues.
  2. Has full managerial/staffing responsibility.
  3. Handles significant external contact with customers or agencies.
  4. Manages budget and oversees special projects.
  5. Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements

Requires BA/BS and a minimum of 9 years of professional/leadership experience or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • MA/MBA preferred.
  • Leadership experience in managed care/healthcare insurance.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with senior management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
