Job Summary

In this role, the successful candidate will lead the Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls assurance practice, leveraging enterprise policies and standards related to IAM. The primary focus is on tactical delivery for major regulatory programs, evolving towards a strategic approach for IAM control assurance, and driving operational efficiencies through cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM control testing activities supporting strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, and BAU operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain mappings of enterprise-wide IAM Control Process Models and ensure alignment with RBC standards and regulations.
• Identify and assist in cataloguing gaps in IAM enterprise services concerning RBC standards.
• Support the definition of business requirements and control points.
• Review operational procedures for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Oversee the inventory and updates of IAM processes to reflect evolving standards.
• Monitor compliance of IAM services with policies and standards.
• Manage evidence gathering for IAM audits, regulatory, and third-party requests.
• Analyze evidence and guide operational teams on follow-up actions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve IAM processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Must-have:

• Experience in audit, IT risk, controls management, and testing.
• Leadership experience in IAM or knowledge of IAM controls and processes.
• People management skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across management levels.

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of IAM controls management and execution.
• 5+ years in a global financial organization.
• Experience in IAM operations, IT risk, or audit roles.
• Experience with KRI/KPI reporting and analytics.
• Strategic mindset with industry knowledge.
