Reporting to the Vice President of Integrated Human Resources Services, you’ll lead a high-performing team of HR Managers and Generalists to deliver strategic, human-centered HR support across our organization. What You’ll Be Doing :

Serve as a trusted advisor to client group leaders, offering expert guidance on complex people matters, performance, and change.

Build strong relationships and elevate leadership effectiveness through coaching, feedback, and development.

Day to Day Operations : Translate HR and business data into meaningful insights and solutions—supporting proactive decisions around workforce planning, engagement, and talent development.

Identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and co-create targeted strategies for long-term impact.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation and collective agreements, in partnership with Labor Relations and Legal teams.

Contribute to a dynamic HR function grounded in evidence-based and human-centered practices.

Lead and inspire a talented team of HR professionals—ensuring alignment, engagement, and accountability.

What You Bring :

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred); CHRL or equivalent designation is a strong asset.

8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a complex environment.

Deep understanding of employment and labour legislation in Ontario (Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Code, Labour Relations Act, etc.).

Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity.

A passion for organizational development, data-informed decision-making, and innovative people practices.

You value standardization, consistency, and scalable solutions—and you bring a mindset focused on building for sustainability and growth.

Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and facilitation skills—you know how to engage hearts and minds.

A sharp analytical mind and a strategic heart—able to translate data into impact and shape strategy

Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
