We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across our digital and technology organization, helping to shape the people strategy and ensure our culture scales with our growth. The HRBP will partner closely with executives and team leaders to align business objectives with people-first solutions that drive innovation, engagement, and performance.
This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role requiring a regular presence across our Toronto and Mississauga offices. You’ll be in-office four days per week, giving you direct access to our people, leaders, and culture. We believe that meaningful collaboration, coaching, and innovation happen best when we’re together — and your leadership will play a key role in cultivating that dynamic across teams and sites.
