The Role

Kyndryl is hiring a Director of Human Resources to partner with the Head of HR Canada in leading the transformation and growth of its Canadian operations within a global framework. Reporting to the VP of HR Canada, this role requires a seasoned HR leader with a strong track record in driving organizational change, cultural engagement, and strategic HR initiatives in complex, matrixed environments. The Director will oversee HR functions including talent management, succession planning, compensation, learning, and organizational development, serving as a strategic advisor to country managers and leadership. A key focus will be talent development, workforce planning, and fostering a performance-driven culture supporting Kyndryl’s long-term growth.

Seasoned HR Professional: Proven, high-caliber leader with at least 10 years of experience.
