This role oversees key HIM functions—registration, records management, release of information, health informatics, and business process redesign—ensuring high-quality, integrated service delivery. You’ll lead strategic projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive innovation in healthcare through people, processes, and technology.

Salary range: Approx. $116,591–$145,739, based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health information science or a related discipline plus a minimum of 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) years of progressively more responsible health information management experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively influencing leaders and implementing organizational change.
  • Certification with the Canadian College of Health Information Management (CCHIM) an asset.
