CA$190,000.00/yr - CA$210,000.00/yr

Remote (Canada)| Full-Time

Zonda is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to serve as Director, Growth Marketing and Data—a high-impact role for our B2B products. This person will drive demand generation strategies, lead product marketing initiatives, and own the audience data strategy roadmap. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technology, this leader will play a pivotal role in pipeline growth, revenue acceleration, and data-driven decisions.

Roles and responsibilities:
  1. Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels to drive B2B revenue.
  2. Develop strategic marketing roadmaps to support demand generation for B2B solutions.
  3. Align with Product and Sales to identify and target ICPs, define lead scoring, and build nurture flows.
  4. Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  5. Collaborate on product launches, updates, and GTM initiatives.
  6. Lead the strategy for growing and optimizing Zonda’s B2B audience database.
  7. Build and refine audience segmentation strategies leveraging first- and third-party data.
  8. Optimize conversion funnels through testing, journey mapping, and segmentation.
  9. Define KPIs and create dashboards for marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  10. Manage, mentor, and grow a team of marketers.
  11. Manage marketing budget across channels and initiatives.
  12. Embrace AI and marketing technologies to streamline workflows and increase performance.
Qualifications:
  1. 7-10 years in B2B demand generation, product marketing, and GTM strategy.
  2. Proven success in multi-channel campaign development and execution.
  3. Expertise in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  4. Strong project management skills from end to end.
  5. Experience managing a team and fostering growth.
  6. Proficiency in analytics tools like GA4; ability to translate insights into actions.
  7. Experience with ESP and CDP is a plus.
  8. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and executive presence.
  9. Results-driven problem-solver with initiative.
  10. Organized, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
