Job description

We bring to life each client’s desire to travel in a way that’s tailored specifically for them, in the company of local private guides who ensure that they enjoy the authentic best of their destination. The result is a unique journey rich in memories that last a lifetime.

We achieve this because of our extraordinary people, experts with deep knowledge of their destinations. For over 120 countries worldwide, and across each of our brands – Tours, Cruises, Villas, Yachts, Jets, and Air – their expertise powers our steadfast promise: See the world, differently.

We are hiring a Director of Performance Marketing to lead the day-to-day strategy, execution, and optimization of our global digital marketing portfolio. This role will serve as the right hand to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing, driving channel growth and ensuring our paid media programs deliver quality leads at scale.

This is a hands-on, strategic role overseeing paid media across Search, Social, Display, and Affiliate. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who excels at turning strategy into action—managing budgets, guiding agencies, optimizing campaigns, and aligning internal teams to performance goals. This role requires a strong grasp of digital media mechanics, measurement, and full-funnel marketing dynamics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the execution and optimization of paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels.
  • Translate business goals into tactical plans—ensuring campaign structure, budget allocation, targeting, and creative all align to lead and cost targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with media agencies and platforms to ensure consistent delivery and accountability.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality—using data to drive decisions.
  • Partner with analytics and web teams to implement ongoing testing (ad copy, audiences, landing pages) and improve conversion performance.
  • Support regional campaign variations, tailoring strategy by market and demand dynamics.

Full-Funnel Alignment & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Brand, SEO, CRM, and Creative to ensure media campaigns are aligned across the full consumer journey.
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales and growth teams—helping connect acquisition activity to revenue and funnel health.
  • Contribute to multi-touch attribution and experimentation roadmaps.
  • Serve as the Senior Director’s second-in-command—escalating issues, aligning day-to-day operations, and contributing to long-term media planning.
  • Identify and action opportunities for scale, efficiency, and innovation across the paid media ecosystem.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth strategy.
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale campaigns across Google, Meta, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Proven success managing agencies, leading campaign optimization, and achieving cost-efficiency goals (CPL, CAC, ROAS).
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data tools (GA4, Power BI, Google Ads, etc.) to drive decisions.
  • Understanding of attribution, lead scoring, and full-funnel marketing KPIs.
  • Strong communicator with a bias for action—comfortable managing details while influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in travel, luxury, or high-consideration B2C categories is an asset.

We are committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. If you require accommodation due to a disability at any stage of our hiring process, please advise us when completing your application.
