We are hiring a Director of Performance Marketing to lead the day-to-day strategy, execution, and optimization of our global digital marketing portfolio. This role will serve as the right hand to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing, driving channel growth and ensuring our paid media programs deliver quality leads at scale.
This is a hands-on, strategic role overseeing paid media across Search, Social, Display, and Affiliate. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who excels at turning strategy into action—managing budgets, guiding agencies, optimizing campaigns, and aligning internal teams to performance goals. This role requires a strong grasp of digital media mechanics, measurement, and full-funnel marketing dynamics.
