Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of pre-award and post-award experience with grant proposals.
• Strong knowledge of Tri-Agency policies (NSERC, SSHRC, CIHR).
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities to develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the grants and proposal development team and awards teams.
• Oversee pre-award and post-award processes, budgets, and sponsor compliance.
• Engage with sponsor agencies and internal stakeholders to advance research funding goals.
