• Maintain accurate employee and contractor records for audits and reporting.
• Implement HR policies tailored to secure environments, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Onboard, manage, and hold external sourcing vendors accountable across regions.
• Establish vendor KPIs and monitor performance; adjust when outcomes are unmet.
• Continuously evaluate sourcing channels to improve speed, scale, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with site leads, hiring managers, and HR teams across Canada, Romania, and India.
• Maintain consistent regional communications to ensure smooth operations.
• Execute sourcing and HR strategies defined by senior leadership with opportunities for improvement.
