Purpose of the Position
Reporting directly to the EVP, Chief Commercial Officer, the Director, Global Education Sales, inspires, motivates and leads a global team of Regional Solutions Managers and Consultants that are responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high adoption, renewal, professional development and expansion rates in our key company verticals.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with your fellow sales leaders and the UCE Leadership team to develop and execute a strategy that enables SMART to deliver exceptional results to our customers. Additionally, you will coordinate team activities with key stakeholders cross-functionally to ensure broad understanding and alignment to the needs of the Global Education Sales Team.
