The Director of GRM contributes to sound asset growth and profits in Latin America and the Caribbean by maintaining a healthy portfolio of corporate and commercial loans in accordance with the Bank's credit policies and local regulations.

Responsibilities include developing and coaching team members, providing ongoing training, leading operational efficiency projects, and ensuring portfolio quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial

• Ensure the quality of the loan portfolio through prompt and sound decision-making, recommendations for structuring marginal proposals, monitoring application submissions, and maintaining data accuracy.

Operational

• Ensure accuracy of all terms and conditions, apply risk assessment guidelines, investigate operational efficiencies, and monitor portfolio health and industry trends.

Client Focus

• Contribute to profitable development of commercial credit, model customer service excellence, and enhance customer satisfaction.

People

• Collaborate effectively with team members, provide supervision and development for staff, and actively participate in credit officer development.

Skills and Qualifications

• MBA and Accounting Designation (CA, CFA, CMA) or Business/Economics Bachelor with 5+ years banking experience, including commercial/corporate banking or credit adjudication.
• Financial and business analysis expertise, strong decision-making, people management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish required; knowledge of trends in Central America, Caribbean, and Latin America is preferred.
