The Director, GRM, contributes to sound asset growth and profits of assigned units in Latin America and the Caribbean by ensuring the portfolio of corporate and commercial loans is maintained within the Bank's credit policy and local regulations.

Responsibilities include developing and coaching team members, providing ongoing training to align risk appetite, and leading projects to improve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial: Contribute to loan portfolio quality through prompt decision-making, recommendations for structuring proposals, monitoring application submissions, and ensuring data accuracy.
  2. Operational: Ensure accuracy of all terms and conditions, apply risk assessment guidelines, investigate operational efficiencies, and monitor portfolio quality and industry trends.
  3. Client Focus: Support profitable development of credit in assigned areas, model excellent customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.
  4. People: Collaborate effectively with team members, manage and develop staff, and adapt to change positively.
Qualifications:
  • MBA and a professional designation such as CA, CFA, or CMA, or a Bachelor’s in Business/Economics with 5+ years in banking, including credit adjudication.
  • Financial and business analysis experience with strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in Spanish, with knowledge of regional economic and political trends.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
