Job Description:

The role involves supporting the development and maintenance of health outcomes data to optimize drug launch, reimbursement, and market position. It requires understanding evolving landscape factors such as expedited reviews, orphan status, and real-world data capabilities of customers.

The Director, Global Real-World Evidence & Health Outcomes Research Scientist - Vaccines, plays a key role in ensuring GSK's products are supported by credible evidence that supports market competitiveness, pricing, and access strategies. The role reports to the Global Lead and involves expertise in real-world evidence and non-interventional study methods, engaging with stakeholders, and managing evidence generation plans.

Responsibilities include designing and executing studies, ensuring quality, translating evidence needs into study concepts, understanding customer requirements, collaborating internally, building relationships with external thought leaders, and maintaining knowledge of data resources.

Qualifications:

• MSc or equivalent in health outcomes, economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, or related fields
• 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably multinational
• Experience with RWE study designs, evidence delivery, and healthcare market understanding

Preferred:

• Advanced degrees like PhD or PharmD
• Experience in HTA submissions, reimbursement, and medical engagement
• Direct payer and launch experience
