Job description

Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Director, Global Procure-to-Pay to fill a 12-month contract based out of Quebec. Please note this position is a fully remote work opportunity.

As a Director, Global Procure-to-Pay, your duties will include but not be limited to:

1. Supporting the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation project by leading P2P workstreams, implementing P2P modules, functionalities, and workflows.
2. Designing and implementing a global P2P team.
3. Leading the P2P function post-implementation, including monitoring early payments program, managing exceptions for key P2P business processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Qualifications required for Director, Global Procure-to-Pay include:

• Minimum of 5 years experience with large-scale P2P implementations and/or managing an ongoing P2P function.
• Minimum of 5 years people leadership experience.
• Accreditation in procurement, supply chain, or P2P certifications is an asset.
