Job description

The Director, Program and Financial Management and Operations, will enable our Global Digital Marketing team to successfully deliver projects across multiple markets we operate in! While reporting to the VP of Global Digital Marketing, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and other senior level management to provide valuable insights and recommendations that enhance our digital customer leadership performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the initiative to work independently. We're searching for a dedicated and outgoing individual who is eager to innovate, grow, and build relationships at varying levels across the organization!

Position Responsibilities:
  1. Develop budgets and forecasts from financial analyses, addressing accounting-related queries and issues.
  2. Review business submissions for forecast preparation, challenging assumptions to refine forecast accuracy.
  3. Compare monthly and quarterly results against budget and forecasts, providing detailed commentary and analysis.
  4. Build and implement performance measurement dashboards to showcase operational metrics and key performance indicators.
  5. Support financial and reporting requirements across functions while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and policies.
  6. Assist through financial models, deep-dive analyses, reporting improvements, and cost optimization efforts.
  7. Collaborate on digital customer projects to improve customer experience digitally.
  8. Deliver monthly performance reports focusing on marketing costs, early warnings, and savings opportunities.
  9. Support executive-level analysis and reporting.
  10. Lead the annual budget cycle, periodic forecasts, and coordinate period-end close processes.
  11. Manage data analysis and maintain reports and dashboards to support cost management and strategic decisions.
  12. Partner with leadership to identify data needs and develop solutions.
  13. Coordinate with Finance across divisions to ensure alignment with financial results, including monthly estimates.
Required Qualifications:
  1. CPA (or working towards CPA) is considered an asset.
  2. 5–10 years of progressive financial and/or accounting experience.
  3. Advanced skills in Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  5. Comfort in dealing with senior leadership and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
  8. Proficiency with SAS, SQL, Databricks, Python, and Tableau is an asset.
  9. Experience implementing and improving internal processes.
  10. Strong financial and analytical skills with effective communication to build relationships.
  11. Experience in management reporting and analysis.

Salary range: $105,750.00 CAD - $190,350.00 CAD
