Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX :
As the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis - North America Commercial Operations, you are responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the North American commercial business at Arc’teryx. You, along with your team, will support business strategy through ownership of the P&L across our Retail, eCommerce, and Wholesale channels, and you will be instrumental in driving the vision for North America’s growth during the long-range planning process. You will provide senior management with analysis to understand business trends, improve performance, and forecast profitability and financial position for the upcoming quarter and year ahead.
This role can be hired remotely. Remote candidates must be committed to Pacific time zone hours aligned with the ARC’TERYX headquarters in North Vancouver, B.C.

Through review of historic financials, variance analysis, and KPI tracking, FP&A advises leadership on key investment decisions and performance improvement.

The estimated pay range is CAD$149,000 - CAD$205,000, based on skills, experience, and education. This range reflects base salary only; additional bonuses and benefits are offered.
