This is a pivotal role for a strategic finance leader to shape financial planning, analysis and procurement within a values-led, community-focused organisation.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Director Finance and leading a team of three, you’ll:

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting and modelling
• Drive procurement strategy, efficiency and cost control
• Influence executive-level decision making through data-driven insights
• Build and mentor a capable, high performing team
• Ensure governance, compliance and risk mitigation across financial operations

What You Bring

• CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years in financial leadership
• Proven expertise across financial analysis, planning and procurement
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management
• Experience in multi-site or multi-entity environments
