Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Treasury, the successful candidate will work closely with the Vice President to drive the operational excellence program supporting Treasury, Risk, Payables, and Financial Products functions. This role oversees the development of financial teams, establishing standards, service, and executing transactional, analytical, and support services across finance functions. The role ensures compliance with reporting and accounting requirements, executes financing transactions accurately and timely, manages finance technology platforms, and pursues continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Build a responsive, efficient organization focused on exceptional service to finance and operations teams.
  2. Develop and maintain service level standards, key controls, and metrics for finance processes.
  3. Manage activities related to the financial team's delivery, including policies and procedures for Treasury, Risk, Payables, and Financial Products, and establish self-service tools and standards.
  4. Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities, monitor performance trends.
  5. Create communication and training materials to ensure timely, consistent, and accurate services aligned with policies and best practices.
  6. Collaborate with portfolio owners to enhance team performance and pursuit of excellence.
  7. Oversee the timely and accurate completion of monthly journals, management and external reports, and support finance technologies.
  8. Ensure timely execution of Treasury and Payables transactions, invoice and payment processing, and handle high-priority requests.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to policies and procedures.

Work Experience & Education
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or related fields.
  • Management experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting.
